So, i was talking with Olivia, and she said that the reason she hasn't been able to write the next post is because i DIDNT INVITE HER TO BE AN AUTHOR ON THIS BLOG!! So, i came and invited everyone that i think i missed. if i missed you email me!! i will invite you! ha ha i am SO super sorry!

The Adventures of the Monster Clean Up Crew! (Chapter 1)
"Welcome to the Monster Clean Up Crew!" Boss Trashbag said, "As many of you already know, you have to take and pass three tests before you are officially part of the team. Your first test will be cleaning up all of the garbage that the dreaded Muck Hypothesizer takes out of the Dumpster every spring!
The Monster Clean Up Crew was truly and honor to be on! You got to serve the community each and every day! Sometimes you even got to serve the WORLD! That's why Toby was so excited! Only a few monsters got to be on the team! And Toby made it! The requirements were to have eyes on the back of your head (so you could see all garbage), to have a stomach of steel (so the smell of the garbage wouldn't make you throw up), and very pointy claws (so you could prick the garbage with your claws and pick it up, instead of using your hands). Toby made it! He was at the first day of training!
"Everyone needs to make it to one of the 4-Roarers in the garage, hop aboard, and go search for garbage! Everybody out! On the double, men!"
Toby hopped from his seat and marched towards the garage. This was going to be the best! He was the first one through the door! But as soon as he got in, he froze. "Keep moving!" The monsters behind him yelled. But he didn't move. "What's wrong?" One asked.
"There is only one 4-Roarer!" Toby said. "We cant all fit on just one 4-Roarer!"
"Whats going on in here?" A voice asked. It was Boss Trashbag.
"There is only one 4-Roarer, sir." Toby said.
"I know." Mr Trashbag said. "Pile on! Lets go!"
It was a very bumpy ride! All of the monsters were piled on each other.
"I'm not sure I like this." The monster on top of Toby complained. Toby looked up and saw a friendly little monster, with big, frightened eyes.
"Whats your name?" Toby asked.
"My name is Rex." The little monster replied. Toby almost laughed out loud. This little monster? Rex? Weird! "Whats your name?"
"Toby. Do you think this is exciting?"
"Oh, this isn't anything compared to slaying dragons and cyclops!"
Toby stared at him in amazement! This little monster has slayed dragons and cyclops? He thought. NO WAY! "You've actually done those things?" Toby asked.
"Nope!" Rex smiled. "No one has!" He burst out laughing. Toby just shook his head. Rex might just get annoying!
The ride seemed to take forever! The whole time, Rex was telling jokes and making weird noises. A little annoyed, Toby covered his ears and hummed songs about trash.
"We're here!" Boss Trashbag announced. "Everybody off!" A little dizzy, Toby got off, and then let out a gasp of amazement! There was garbage EVERYWHERE!
"We have tied garbage bags to every possible place on the 4-Roarer." The Boss went on. "When your claws are piled with trash, come dump the trash into one of these bags and go for more! I want this place spotless!"
Not wanting to get yelled at, Toby ran around frantically, searching for trash. Squashed watermelons, drink cartons, balloons, and even fingers were found in the mess! But, Toby kept a tough stomach, and picked up everything that he could see with his four eyes, two in the front of his head and two in the back!
"Hey Toby!"
Toby groaned. Not Rex!
"Hey Toby!" Rex yelled again. "Lets stick together and find the trash! We should have a race and see who can pick up the most garbage!"
"Um, maybe not, Rex." Toby said. "I kind of want to do this the real way. You know, picking it up right and stuff. Maybe another time." When Toby tried to walk off, Rex grabbed his arm.
"Come on! It will be fun!"
Toby sighed. "Fine. But only if we keep doing what we are supposed to do."
"OK! Ready! Set GO!"

Welcome!
Welcome to the Tell me a Story blog! What are we going to do? Well, here it is!
Each month (or however long it takes) a family (smiths, ogdens, moyes', birds ) is going to start a book! You are going to choose the genre and title of the book, then write the first chapter. When you are done, choose a family to write the second chapter and so on. The last family that is chosen will finish up the book, and when it is done we will print it and keep it at the cabin for everyone to read! If we love it, we will start a new book, this time with a new family starting it out. Be sure to include mom and dad and brothers and sisters in this activity! You can make it fun or goofy as you would like! There can be many twists and turns! Make it exciting! It should be very fun to see what the turnout of our story is! The families that we have invited to participate and that you can choose to write the next chapter are: Bryton's Family, Olivia's Family, Noah's Family, Stuart's Family, Jackson's Family, Mel and Jeff, and Grandma and Grandpa! Pretty much EVERYONE! Bryton's Family start out! We cant wait to see what you come up with!
